Grow with QRM: shorter lead times, lower costs and higher delivery reliability

Would you like to shorten lead times, reduce costs and improve your delivery reliability? During a 4 day QRM Silver training programme, you will learn how to apply Quick Response Manufacturing within your own organisation. You will gain the principles, methods, tools and implementation skills needed to independently launch and guide a QRM project.

The training is organised by Sirris in collaboration with the QRM Institute and consists of nine knowledge modules, spread across 4 day sessions (in Diepenbeek). The first half focuses on the fundamental principles, methods and tools of QRM. The second half emphasises practical application, implementation skills and change management.

The training is delivered by Belgian QRM experts: Joost Van Driessche, Pascal Pollet and Ben Proesmans.

For whom?

This training programme is intended for professionals working in a production or industrial environment who want to achieve shorter lead times, higher delivery reliability and reduced operational complexity.

Programme

The training is hold in Dutch. It starts at 09:00 and ends at 17:00. Participants are welcome from 8:30 onwards. Lunch is provided during all sessions.
