QRM® Silver Training Offenburg (D)
The QRM® Institute Silver course combines theoretical knowledge of QRM® principles with practical applications through exercises and simulations. It illustrates the change from a cost-oriented traditional mindset (store floor or support services) to an agile QRM® cell organization that focuses on reducing cycle time.
QRM® is not about working faster, but about working better together. It is about simplifying workflows and streamlining company processes – both internal and external (suppliers and customers) – to create collaborative dynamics.
The main goal of QRM® is to grow the business by focusing on reducing lead times in all processes. QRM® reduces delays by eliminating unnecessary time from the customer’s perspective: the so-called “white space”.
