A new QRM Silver training series on Quick Response Manufacturing will start in November 2025. This ten-part ‘QRM Silver’ evening course will enable you to independently initiate a QRM project, perform the analysis phase and support implementation. A collaboration between Sirris and the QRM Institute, this course is composed of nine knowledge modules spread over ten class evenings. The first half of the training focuses mainly on learning the basic principles, methods and tools of QRM. The second half of the programme focuses on practical application and implementation skills.

The training is provided by Belgian QRM experts: Tom Koomen, Pascal Pollet and Ben Proesmans.
