Through various simulation games and healthy discussions, you will actively experience what QRM is in an accessible way. Learn what unnecessary waiting times do to your organisational processes and how QRM helps your organisation shorten lead times.

Various common problems will be highlighted and discussed in detail during this interactive session. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to present your own problem case, which can be discussed and addressed on the spot. In three hours, you will be sufficiently informed about the four fundamental pillars of QRM and you can start making changes.
