The goal of training
After the completion of the training, the participants will know:
- cost-oriented thinking and time-oriented thinking and their impact on competitiveness,
- methods used for agile manufacturing strategies,
- benefits and implementation process of QRM.
Partial objectives of the training are:
- Why focus on time and how to use it to your advantage
- Why is it important to change the organizational structure and how to set it up
- Why think in terms of time and how important it is to oversize planning and production dynamics
- Why it is advisable not to limit yourself to your own workplace, hall or company, and what benefits it can bring
