Introducing member… Sirris

Sirris is the collective center of the Belgian technology industry. Founded in 1949 as a non-profit organisation with the mission to improve the competitiveness of the Belgian industry. Every year we assist 1.500 industrial companies on approx. 3.000 occasions, 75% of which are SME’s. Our portfolio contains nearly 5.000 customers and we have more than 2.500 member companies. Sirris has 140 engineers, scientists and technicians, spread over 8 different sites in Belgium.

In 2005, Sirris started doing research on Polca, the production steering system of QRM. Since 2009, Sirris has been pioneering the implementation of QRM in Belgian companies.

Our main activities related to QRM are:

• Training in QRM

• Consulting of individual companies

• Research aimed at developing new tools and methods.

Our consulting approach is always tailored to fit the unique needs of every company. We focus on strengthening the capabilities of the management and the teams and help companies to create the willingness to change. Furthermore, we assist the management and the teams to overcome the obstacles in a practical and hands-on way.
